












CATERING
San Antonio Sam’s will be developing an on and off premise catering capability during the first quarter of 2005. We anticipate, after remodeling in our dining room, to be able to seat groups as large as 35 together in a private room. We will have complete flexibility to serve food from our menu as well as other types the customer may desire. In addition, the billing can be one bill or even broken down to an individual basis.
We are in the process of developing an off premise catering menu that will allow us to sell larger batches of our food for customer parties as well as to fully prepare and serve at the customer’s location.
